Eyes Up privacy policy
Last updated: 30 September 2026
Eyes Up ("the app") is made by Harvey Glasgow, based in the United Kingdom ("we", "us"). This policy explains what the app does with your information. The short version: your screen time stays on your phone, and we only see anonymous counts of how people use the app.
What stays on your iPhone
- Screen Time data. The apps you block, how long you use your phone, and your pickups are handled by Apple's Screen Time framework. This data never leaves your device, and we can't see it, not even the names of the apps you choose.
- Your answers and progress. Your onboarding answers, daily goal, streaks, Focus sessions, schedules and unlock history are stored only on your iPhone.
What we collect
- Anonymous usage events via PostHog, our analytics provider. For example: which onboarding step was shown, whether Screen Time access was allowed, when Focus starts and stops and how long it lasted, and when an unlock happens and the reason you picked. These come with a random ID created by the app, plus your app version, iOS version and device model. They're not linked to your name, email or Apple ID, and we don't store your IP address.
- Subscription status via RevenueCat, our subscriptions provider. It receives an anonymous customer ID and the App Store purchase information needed to unlock your subscription.
Apple processes all payments. We never see your card details.
What we don't do
- We don't sell your data or share it with advertisers or data brokers.
- We don't track you across other companies' apps or websites.
- We don't collect your name, email, contacts, location or photos.
Why we use it
Anonymous usage events help us understand which parts of the app help people and where they get stuck. Subscription data lets us unlock the features you paid for.
How long we keep it
Usage events are kept for up to 24 months and then deleted. Subscription records are kept as long as needed to provide your subscription and meet legal and tax requirements.
Your choices
- Screen Time access can be switched off at any time in iOS Settings → Screen Time.
- Deleting the app removes everything stored on your iPhone.
- To ask about or delete the anonymous data linked to your device, email us at rackzcc@gmail.com. Where the law gives you rights over your data (for example under UK or EU GDPR), you can use them by contacting us, and you can also complain to your local data protection authority (in the UK, the ICO).
Children
Eyes Up isn't directed at children under 13 and we don't knowingly collect data from them.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date above and, for significant changes, tell you in the app.
